• Return accepted within 12 months following the purchase date for the following products if defective:
  • Compatible or remanufactured toner
  • Compatible or remanufactured drums
• Return accepted within 90 days following the purchase date for the following products if defective:
  • Compatible or remanufactured inkjet cartridges

Warranty on OEM products

Return accepted within 30 days following the purchase date for defective OEM products. Please note that some manufacturers require exchanging the product with the final purchaser directly. Contact us to determine the warranty procedure for your product.

Please note that shipping fees are not covered by product warranty.

Product warranty according to product type

OEM: Products which come from the original manufacturer, bearing the manufacturer company name and brand. OEM products are under the warranty of the original manufacturer.
COMPATIBLE: Products which come from manufacturers of generic ink cartridges. Compatible products are under the warranty of the manufacturer of generic ink cartridges.
