Processing and delays
Please ensure that you give us exact and complete contact information to avoid delays and additional fees. We will not be held responsible for the cost of returned packages due to an incorrect address.
Billing and shipping address must be the same for all orders.
If your order contains items that are backordered, we will ship your order when we have all the items, unless other arrangements are agreed upon previously.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays. However, please be advised that the carrier will only consider the package to be lost after 15 days.
