Before returning a product, we suggest that you contact us. One of our technicians may be able to solve the problem.
If for some reason a compatible or remanufactured product does not perform according to the manufacturer's specifications, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. We require that all returned products contain no less than 80% of their original capacity (ink, toner or other).
For the return of defective OEM products, please contact the OEM manufacturer.
For all returns of non-defective products (compatible, remanufactured or OEM) , products must be unopened and in their original packaging . The packaging must be in its original condition, without any markings whether by hand or otherwise.
Please note that certain products are special orders which cannot be returned .
Shipping charges are not refundable.
For the return of non-defective products, restocking fees may apply in the amount of 10% to 30% of the value of the return.
