If you have purchased a product by error, please call us promptly at 1-866-233-3330 or (514) 745-5678. We will give you an RM number (Return Merchandise) to attach to your return. For reimbursement, the products returned must be unopened and in their original packaging. The packaging must be in its original condition without any markings, hand-written or other.
