Ordering products

How can I place an order?

We invite you to shop online! You will need to register with our store by creating an account. Simply click on My Account and submit your request. Once your account is approved, we will send you an email with instructions on how to connect.

To find your products, click on Ink & Toner Finder. You will have the option to make your purchases directly from there. You will be asked to connect with your account before proceeding to check-out.

We also invite you to create your own personal store by clicking on My Supplies. With My Supplies, you can assign personalized names to identify your printers and their respective supplies. This will make ordering even faster and simpler next time! You will be asked to connect with your account in order to use My Supplies.

How do I create an account online?

Simply click on My Account and submit your request. Once your account is approved, we will send you an email with instructions on how to connect.

What payment methods do you accept?

For orders placed online or by phone, we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your online order is confirmed through email, or your order by phone is confirmed by our customer service.

What does "backorder" mean?

"Backorder" means that your product is not currently in stock.

I just placed my order, when will it be processed?

In general, orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same day.

We recommend that you check your order confirmation email to validate that the correct products and quantities were ordered, in order to avoid delays and additional costs.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.

If my order is "back order" when will it be sent?

If your order contains items out of stock, it will be sent once it is complete, unless other prior arrangements have been made.

How can I cancel my order?

Please note that some products are special orders which cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 1(866)233-3330 or (514)745-5678. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can return the order if the products are unopened and in their original packaging. The packaging must be in its original condition, without any markings whether by hand or otherwise.

Please note that you must pay the shipping charges for the return of products and that restocking fees may apply. For further information, please see the Return Policy section.

Is it possible to receive an order abroad?

No, Technocentre does not offer delivery service internationally.

What if I received the wrong product?

If the product received is not the one that was ordered, simply make a claim within 5 days of its delivery by calling us at 1(866)233-3330 or (514)745-5678.

What is the shelf life of your cartridges?

All of our inkjet cartridges have an expiration date printed on their packaging. A laser cartridge is good for approximately 2 years if stored properly.

What is a Technocentre compatible cartridge?

A Technocentre compatible cartridge is a newly manufactured cartridge that is made by a another manufacturer than the original.

What is an OEM cartridge?

An OEM cartridge (or original cartridge) is a "name brand" cartridge from one of the printer manufacturers (OEM is an abbreviation for "Original Equipment Manufacturer").

What is a remanufactured cartridge?

A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been recycled to meet or exceed OEM standards. It has been inspected for any defects and refilled with ink.

Troubleshooting

Installing a new cartridge

When installing a new cartridge , ensure that you have removed all packaging, protector ribbons and separators. These objects can hinder the proper functioning of the cartridge and even damage your printer.

Why does my printer say "low on ink" after replacing my ink cartridge?

Your printer may not recognize the correct ink levels because it is holding the memory from the previously used cartridges. However, a printer reset should resolve the recognition problem.

To reset your printer please follow these instructions:

  1. Remove ALL cartridges

  2. Turn off printer

  3. Unplug the printer from the power source for a full 5 minutes

  4. Plug the printer back into the power source

  5. Reinstall all cartridges

  6. Call our technical support department for the appropriate procedure that applies to your printer
