This will make ordering even faster and simpler next time! You will be asked to connect with your account in order to use My Supplies.

"Backorder" means that your product is not currently in stock.
In general, orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed on the same day.

If your order contains items out of stock, it will be sent once it is complete, unless other prior arrangements have been made.

All of our inkjet cartridges have an expiration date printed on their packaging. A laser cartridge is good for approximately 2 years if stored properly.
A Technocentre compatible cartridge is a newly manufactured cartridge that is made by a another manufacturer than the original.
An OEM cartridge (or original cartridge) is a "name brand" cartridge from one of the printer manufacturers (OEM is an abbreviation for "Original Equipment Manufacturer").
A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been recycled to meet or exceed OEM standards. It has been inspected for any defects and refilled with ink.
When installing a new cartridge , ensure that you have removed all packaging, protector ribbons and separators. These objects can hinder the proper functioning of the cartridge and even damage your printer.
Your printer may not recognize the correct ink levels because it is holding the memory from the previously used cartridges. However, a printer reset should resolve the recognition problem.
To reset your printer please follow these instructions:
Remove ALL cartridges
Turn off printer
Unplug the printer from the power source for a full 5 minutes
Plug the printer back into the power source
Reinstall all cartridges
Call our technical support department for the appropriate procedure that applies to your printer
