What does "backorder" mean?

"Backorder" means that your product is not currently in stock.

I just placed my order, when will it ship?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT -5h) are shipped the same day.

If my order is "back order" when will it be sent?

If your order contains items out of stock, your order will not be sent until it is complete, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Usually, a representative will contact you via email or phone to give you the option of waiting for the order to be complete before we send it or send you the items of the order currently available and send the back order items when they become available.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service at (514) 745-5678. Remember that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return it if the cartridges are sealed and in its original packaging. Please note that you must pay the shipping charges for the return of the goods and that restocking fees may apply. Please note that some cartridges are special order, they cannot be cancelled or returned for credit or refund.

Is it possible to receive an order abroad?

No, Technocentre does not offer delivery service internationally.

What is the shelf life of your cartridges?

All of our inkjet cartridges have an expiration date printed on their packaging. A laser cartridge is good for approximately 2 years if stored properly.

What is a Technocentre compatible cartridge?

A Technocentre compatibles cartridge is a newly manufactured cartridge that is manufactured to fit your printer.

What is an OEM cartridge?

An OEM cartridge (or original cartridge) is a "name brand" cartridge from one of the printer manufacturers (OEM is an abbreviation for "Original Equipment Manufacturer").

What is a remanufactured cartridge?

A remanufactured cartridge is a cartridge that has been recycled to meet or exceed OEM standards. It has been inspected for any defects and refilled with ink.


Why does my printer say “low on ink” after replacing my ink cartridge?

Your printer may not recognize the correct ink levels because it is holding the memory from the previously used cartridges. However, a printer reset should resolve the recognition problem.

To reset your printer please follow these instructions:

  1. Remove ALL cartridges
  2. Turn off printer
  3. Unplug the printer from the power source for a full 5 minutes
  4. Plug the printer back into the power source
  5. Reinstall all cartridges
  6. Call our technical support department for the appropriate procedure that applies to your printer
